Since the “stay-at-home” orders, we have been offering live virtual classes via Zoom at a discounted drop-in rate of $12. We are also offering discounts on our other class packages and gift cards. Our mission is to promote health, wellness, healing, and community in a warm, accessible, trauma-informed and stress-free environment. We offer yoga classes suitable for all sizes, shapes and fitness levels with a focus on mindful breathing, connection to one’s body, relaxation, increasing flexibility and building strength. All our classes are LGBTQ inclusive.
The owner, Beth Albrecht, is an E-RYT through Yoga Alliance and has been teaching yoga since 2013. She was introduced to yoga in 2006 as a way to cope with stress and improve her mental health while in graduate school. Since then, yoga and meditation have helped guide her and continue to be a force that gives her life and peace. Beth received her 200-hr Yoga Alliance certification from CorePower Yoga in 2013 and has since taught over 2000 hours of yoga, earning her E-RYT in 2017. She holds certificates in Children & Family Yoga from Rainbow Kids Yoga (2015), Trauma Sensitive Yoga from the Center for Trauma and Embodiment at JRI (2018), and Fertility, Prenatal & Postpartum Yoga from Amala Prenatal Yoga School (2018).
