My name is Laura Riff, the owner and currently sole employee of my company. I’m a former lawyer who is pursuing my passion for cake design.
Butter Cream Flour is (for now) a licensed home-based bakery in River Forest, IL. I worked with the village of River Forest to change its ordinances so that local bakers can legally sell from home (check out a news story about it here!). I am a certified Food Protection Manager, having taken 8 hours of food safety training and passed an exam to ensure that everything you buy is made safely!
