We are doing direct delivery of our freshly harvested farm greens. We are also working with over a dozen local vendors to bring a curated selection of healthy and locally produced items. Our store has items ranging from microgreens, produce, mushrooms and pasture- raised meats to frozen home-made soup, kombucha, freshly roasted coffee beans, and craft chocolate. And it is all sourced from local farms and producers.

Closed Loop Farms is an urban farm in the South Side of Chicago. We have been serving the city’s top restaurants with premium microgreens, herbs, flowers and produce for the last 3 years. Our microgreens are grown by hand, year round, indoors in organic potting soil. We never use any synthetic fertilizers or pesticides. We grow a range of produce seasonally outdoors including baby greens, flowers and tomatoes.
Adam Pollack founded the Farm after years working as a cook in restaurants around Chicago. He saw an opportunity for a local farm to be supplying restaurants with specialty products and wanted to focus on the relationship between chefs/ consumers and their food source.
Jose Popoca is a partner on the outdoor section of the farm. He came to the farm after a few years working in the non profit sector. He is a Back of the Yards native and is passionate about nutrition and healing through plants.
