My name is Adam Weisell, I am an American chef who grew up in Rome, Italy. I worked in nyc (I have a stellar resume, I’m told) and San Francisco before coming to Chicago in 2013- in Chicago I ran the cooking school at Eataly. I opened l’Aventino four months ago after recently falling in love with this style of pizza.
